Aqua Power offers up to triple the wash power compared to traditional pot and utensil washers on the market. Through clever engineering it creates the perfect washing conditions by combining the right size tank, pump, and nozzles which releases the full cleaning potential in regular water. 

 

Aqua Power cancels out the majority of presoaking and scrubbing needs and delivers twice the wash result in half the time, compared to the market’s leading brands of water-based pot washers.

 

For added flexibility and speed, choose a system with multiple baskets and trolleys, or add extra accessories. C6 occupies less than 1 sqm floor space and needs only 2100 mm ceiling height.

C6 suits operations ranging from 600 to 1,200 meals per day. Being a high-performer for its size also makes it especially suitable for kitchens with space challenges. The C6 can be used in two set-ups - a slim and compact stand-alone version, or a more flexible and fluent system with multiple baskets and trolleys.

 

C6 Aqua Power is designed to be easy for anyone to use; just load items and push the button. It doesn’t get much easier than that!

The operating panel offers two efficient wash programs, and favors symbols and infographics for a plug & play solution. No need for extensive or repetitive operator trainings!

Energy optimization with GD Link

GD Link is an energy optimization feature that can be fitted to all our granule-based ware washers and allows for the machine to communicate with systems that are based on the DIN 18875 standard.

GD Link enables connecting and controlling the machine through a central energy optimization unit, which helps to avoid any production disruptions in individual devices as the shutdown periods are computer-controlled and automatically reduced to a minimum. It also eliminates the instantaneous energy peaks that can happen when multiple types of equipment run simultaneously.

With the machine connected to an energy optimization system, you will minimize the overall peak load and at the same time minimize disruptions. GD link is possible to retrofit on all granule-based models dating back to 2015.

C6 as stand alone

A stand-alone solution that operates with a Pro wash basket and lower door hatch that folds out into a built-in loading table. The low height of the pot washer allows it to be located even in small and cramped spaces and it occupies less than 1 sqm floor space.

The Pro wash basket loads most of the GN range, and a range of other kitchen utensils without adding extra accessories.

C6 as a FreeFlow set-up

This set-up maximizes flexibility, flow, and capacity by operating with two trolleys and an extra wash basket. This setup allows for multitasking and emptying/filling one basket while the other is being washed. The trolley offers loading options at two levels and can be used to either transport wash ware or the whole basket. Lockable swivel wheels enable you to safely park the trolley when needed. Increases speed, flow, and flexibility of the whole pot wash area.

Ergonomic design

The ergonomic design of the wash basket and smooth transition from the machine to the loading table / fold-out hatch allows for hassle-free handling and less heavy lifting, which puts the user at less risk of developing work-related injuries. To ease daily cleaning, the fold-out hatch is foldable to ease access to all the interior parts during daily cleaning.
