My role is that of Commercial Support Manager for Nordisk Clean Solutions India. I will be based in the Bangalore Karnataka office and handle a range of administrative tasks, including submitting quotes, partly follow up, placing orders, checking in with customers, handling shipping options, payment follow up etc. In the future I will also be the project lead for setting up exhibitions and events.
Being the one always in the office also means it’s my job to keep the showroom neat and tidy, prepping for live events, and organizing demos with clients, dealers, and consultants.
During my first weeks, I have learned a lot from coming along for site surveys in the field and performing on-site operator trainings and I am eager to whatever comes my way next!
In the future, I would be no stranger to being part of the sales force, but for now I have enough on my plate as it is, and I am learning a lot. It’s a great place to start!
